It is mutually agreed between the Referring Agent and DPR Commercial Community that in the event of a lease, sale, or exchange that involves the individuals or entities identified herein as the Client/Customer, and upon receipt of funds resulting from a successful commercial transaction, a referral fee equal to (10%) ten percent of gross commissions received by DPR Realty LLC shall be paid to the Referring Agent listed herein. Payment of said fee shall not create a sub-agency by either party to this referral agreement.
